Shipping Methods on FondMart

For wholesalers, you can set shipping methods when you place orders from your shopping cart.

For both dropshipping and wholesale orders, you can go to Order List to choose shipping methods before you pay.

There are different options of shipping to choose from depending on your location. You can pick the one that fits you based on cost and delivery time. 

Tips：ePacket do not require VAT in Brazil. That is why we recommend you to use ePacket when you are shipping to Brazil. If you use other shipping methods in Brazil, please provide us your VAT in notes when placing your order.

 

 

Weight Limit of Package

There is no weight limits for most of shipping methods mentioned above except for epacket which is especially designed for small package that is below 2kg. Normally when you order more than 10 pieces, the total weight will reach over 2kg.

 

How to Track Your Order

The tracking number will be uploaded to your order page after shipment. Go to My account > Wholesale Orders / Dropshipping Orders. You can use your tracking number to track your order on website:

The delivery time varies for different logistics channels and destinations. You can find the estimated delivery time on the product page. For example, if you choose CNE express, it will take 10-16 business days to arrive to US/UK/EU/AU.

 

Total Waiting Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time

 

Please kindly note that this delivery time is only for your reference. Your order may experience a shipping delay. Processing time may vary during high volume order periods. Shipping delay is due to several factors, including bad weather, travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. Thus, we cannot guarantee a specific date when your order is received.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost shows you on the product page below SKU is an estimated cost for 1 piece. This number may change when you purchase multiple pieces. This is because our system calculates shipping cost based on the total weight of your package. This shipping cost will change as you change the quantity of one product.

How to check the shipping methods with different cost and delivery time?

 

1. Choose a product and click the picture.

2. After clicking the picture, you can see the product detail page. Then click “Ship to” like the picture shows.

3. You will see all the shipping time, shipping method and shipping cost to a certain country after clicking “Ship to”. If your main market is not United States, you can click the country button to choose different countries.
